We move through setup to a working system in 90 minutes.
First 10 minutes
We confirm your local Business HQ project and make sure Claude can reach the folder where your system will live.
Next 65 minutes
You answer simple questions about your business while Claude builds your files, departments, scheduled jobs, and live artifacts. I guide you through the decisions without making you learn the architecture.
Final 15 minutes
We personalize how Claude works with you, install the three instruction blocks, verify every promised piece, and prove the system knows your business with a real task.
