No tech background… Just a lot of late-night YouTube University so I could learn how to get AI to help me not drown while running three businesses and somehow still manage my life.
Long story short…
Learning to translate
After my family immigrated to the U.S., I helped my parents navigate English, paperwork, and unfamiliar systems. Making complicated things easier to understand became a thread through my life.
Behind the scenes
I spent 12 years working across accounting, operations, HR, IT, and systems in a small business. I learned how the pieces fit together and what happens when they do not.
Building my own businesses
Then I built three businesses of my own. Some made money. Others were expensive lessons. All of them taught me how much the right systems can change everything.
Putting it together with AI
Now I get to give all the strategy, efficiency, and communication skills I learned out of necessity a new purpose: translating AI into systems that work for your business.
