After my family immigrated to the U.S., I became the little girl helping her parents navigate English, paperwork, and foreign systems. I didn't know it then, but making complicated things easier to understand would become the thread through my entire life.
It followed me into 12 years behind the scenes of a small business, working across accounting, operations, HR, IT, systems, and whatever else was falling through the cracks.
Then I built three businesses of my own. Some made money. Others were expensive lessons. All of them taught me how businesses really work, where things fall apart, and why the right systems change everything.
When AI entered the picture, it finally felt like all those skills I learned out of necessity had a purpose.
